'Prettig hotel, zeer beleefd en vriendelijk personeel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Parkeren voor het hotel is een probleem, maar aan de overkant bij het ziekenhuis, kan je gratis parkeren. We hebben hier een prettig verblijf gehad, helaas niet in de nabijheid van de oude binnenstad. De oude binnenstad is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer, of met de auto, redelijk veel parkeergarages in de binnenstad van Sevilla.'

'De ligging is prachtig, het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de kamers proper. Diner is gewoon, niet veel keuze, soms te zoutig. Kamer 116 rook ferm naar Tabak, maar we kregen vlot een andere kamer.'

'Everything was great, from the excellent service to the beautiful decorations. It brings to into another world! The only downside was that we were given an accessible room. After taken a shower, the bathroom looked like a free private pool with very little comfort. 10 towels on the floor to keep the water out made our bathroom close to that in a hostel.
