We have an excellent stay at macuo MGM, the staff is so friendly and sincere, very willing to offer help for you when you needed. The room is spacious and tidy, with a very nice sea view. They offer buffet for breakfast during the CNY period, the food quality is good and with lots of choice. We enjoyed the stay!

My only issue with the hotel is when you take the shuttle from the airport they drop you off so far away from the lobby. You have to lug your luggage they a mall, which no one helps you. Then across the aquarium lobby and to the front desk. With 4 pieces of luggage and two of them at 30kg it’s not easy.

Really appreciated Senior Front Office Attendant-Jenny and the MGM team for the surprise for celebrating our honeymood. Thanks MGM for bringing me and my wife for the wonderful moments.
In our minds, casino is the only DNA of Macau before. But now, Jenny and MGM team have changed our minds to explore more in Macau with the traditional foods and MGM next time when we go Macau again.

What a wonderful experience!
We were happy with the service of Chloe when we checked in at MGM Macau. She even arranged breakfast boxes in the early morning because we tried to catch our flight at 7am. I will definitely return there next time.

Good Staff Response on Guest Request
An unpleasant stay at the start as we were assigned to a room with air conditioning problem. However, once reported, we were assigned to another room for our stay. The front desk manager gave a call to apologise and sent a fruit plate to our room by himself that night. And they called again on the next day and apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Delay checkout and free buffet meals at their restaurant are provided. They are so kind that they have arranged the transportation for us to the ferry terminal.
