'We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.'

'I would recommend Econo Lodge to anyone. The room was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful. I am a 75 yr old woman, traveling alone and I felt 100% safe, even returning to my room in the evening after dark. Breakfast was offered, and looked delicious, but I'm not a breakfast person. The coffee was great and they even had my favorite flavored creamer! I will definitely stay there again!!'

'TL:DR VERSION: This is a great space and a welcoming host. Well-furnished and has lots of nooks and enhancements that make it a nice place to stay. After our departure there were substantially charged communications that occurred with the owner after that were only partially grounded; the owner’s communication included some unnecessarily inflammatory accusations/implications invoking DCFS and some bothersome invocation of children being observed outside on security cameras. 'We love Hampton Inns but this one needs a makeover soon, carpeting in lobby needs changing, all the chairs need replacing in lobby breakfast area. Elevators were dirty, room was fine, breakfast was good, people who worked there were very nice. Ppl who clean the rooms were so nice and helpful. Basically the place needs renovations, it’s an older Hampton Inn.'
