'We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updating. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, so the room was quite warm at times. On the positive side, our room had good sound insulation, The pool is on the smaller side, and the hotel parking is limited to around 10 cars. If there is no space available, you may need to look for parking across the road. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The selection was fairly basic, so we would...

'The location of this property provides for an exclusive vibe. It is a bit of a difficult and scary ride up the hilly roads, but the location itself was gorgeous and truly a comfortable and peaceful stay. The indoor pool is quite large and was a highlight for us. The restaurant was also really good and we enjoyed our meals here. Our room was a little smaller than expected but well setup and comfortable. Nothing to complain about during a charming and peaceful stay !'

'The size and location. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was cold.'

'The self-check-in process was OK but prior communications were not picked up until I contacted by WhatsApp. Also, information they needed for check-in was requested very last minute (literally while we were on the flight arriving). We were then harassed for information and to settle very small fees immediately despite it being Christmas Day, which tarnished the experience and didn’t feel very personal. The cot provided was a travel cot with only the hard base and a duvet wrapped in a sheet! We...
