'We had a great stay here for our ski weekend at Sun Valley. The house was very spacious and clean. The one thing I would note is that there is a detached garage has what looks to be an apartment above it which was occupied at the time of our stay so the property is not completely private. With that said it still felt like we had a good amount of privacy. Would stay here again!'

'This is a great rental unit let down by the fact that it is rented by Vacasa and not the owner. Everything about this place was as expected. But it is not an owner maintained property. The location is great, easy in and out, quiet and nice back yard. So 5 stars overall, but expect typical issues from a rental company like Vacasa renting on VRBO. As a renter on VRBO we want to rent from owners because we know owners take care of the properties. Vacasa won't even let you *pay* through VRBO, which...

'Great property. Well outfitted and extremely comfortable. One minute drive to Warm Springs lifts and parking. Stove and oven were good. 'We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.'

'Nice house within walking distance to SV Lodge and downtown. No toilet paper or dishwashing soap. They brought some after getting ahold of host, 2 days later. Not a big deal, but certainly expected to have that on hand. Lots of ice on the driveway that was dangerous. We out out salt everyday, and it was close to melting off after 5 days. I mentioned it to host, but they did not take care of it.'
