"Hallo Sandrine, wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Mit 5 Personen war das komplette Haus eigentlich zu groß, jedoch unser Papa ist stark gehbehindert und so konnnte er mit seinem Rollator alle Räume im Erdgeschoß ohne Einschränkung problemlos erreichen. Die Küche ist ganz neu und es ist alles an Geräten und Geschirr vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider hatten wir auch Regenwetter und so benutzten wir den Standkicker in der geräumigen Diele um uns die Zeit ein wenig zu...

"We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

Only the communication with the owner and the housekeeper was difficult. It was not clear for us how to check out and in. And we received a strange SMS message from the housekeeper that we had to pay 100 euro extra, which was not true..."

"Just a lovely gite inside Turckheim’s old walls, wonderful shower, nice kitchen, very quiet and comfortable, plenty of space for a couple with a few small kids. The only negative was limited parking right near the gite, but plenty of parking a 3-4 minute walk away just outside the old town wall. We’ll definitely be going back here!!"

It’s in a private area with gate system which gives a very secure feeling although being in a sleepy village there wasn’t any cause for worry. parking space for 2 cars. "After visiting the Alsace a few times now, we wanted to find a property that would provide us walking access to a picturesque village with restaurants and bars, to have a space where we could sit outside and enjoy views, but have privacy, to be able to park our car very close, and to stay in a Gite that provided all the mod-cons and comfort that we are used to. "8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍"
