'De kamer was redlijk schoon maar kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken. Veel kleine beschadigingen. De airco werkte niet. De douche is echt redelijk armetierig.
Het bed is prima, we hebben uitstekend geslapen.
Het uitzicht was adembenemend op het met een de bergen. Fantastisch!
Het ontbijt wat in het aangelegen restaurant wordt geserveerd was erg beperkt, wel zeer vriendelijke bediening. '
'I was given a handicapped-accessible room even though I did not request one. As a tall person, the low sink was uncomfortable and difficult to use.
The cleanliness was the biggest issue. After using the shower, I wiped down the floor with a towel, and the towel came away black with dirt. After seeing that, I started wearing flip-flops in the bathroom. The carpet in the room also appeared very dirty and did not feel clean.

'Incredible place on the stunning Lake Pukaki with views directly across the lake to Aoraki/Mt Cook. Sunrise and sunset just stunning. We licked out with the weather.
The night sky experience was fantastic.

'Lovely stay Ann-Maree was so welcoming lovely room with an amazing view and all the amenities you could hope for. Ended our visit with a superb breakfast and lots of tips for our onward travel and a great podcast recommendation for the drive to Mount Cook. Hope to return one day.'
