'I stayed at the Pullman Auckland for a period of 20 nights. Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. 'Het was verschrikkelijk. Alles heel oud en niet schoon. Schimmel in de badkamer. Wasmachine smerig, droger kapot. Wifi werkte niet waardoor ook de televisie haperde. Maar het ergste van alles dat de eignaren of beheerders onbeleefd en agressief waren. Het intereseerde ze totaal niet. Kortom een totaal zooitje. Ga er niet heen'

10/10 Voortreffelijk
I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble.
The room itself was modern and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the coffee was...
