Upon check-in room availability was limited and I was put in a room on the 5th floor for which the carpet was simply dirty and needed replacement. Little annoyed by a comment of one of the male receptionist but the other staff was very professional and secured me a room on a different floor with newer carpet etc. which was fine. 'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'
