'Disappointed from the moment we checked in. Paul at reception really couldn't care less whether we were there or not. We had mountain view precooked but we're given car park view.
Then he proceeded to give directions which made no sense whatsoever. So had to return for more precise information on how to locate our room and park our car.
He simply did not understand that car parks are numbered for a reason and that he should utilise thos when providing directions to guests.

'Ook al is er geen ontbijt inbegrepen, je kan in de goed uitgeruste keuken er zelf één maken. Wel best je inkopen doen voor je naar Mt. Cook village gaat (Tekapo of Twizel). En niets houdt je tegen om je eten ook ‘s middags of ‘s avonds daar te maken. Koffie/Thee en melk zijn gratis maar is instant (nog te doen)'
