'We really enjoyed our four day stay in Queenstown at the Platinum Villas. Our townhome was luxurious, spacious and relaxing with a fireplace and backyard with side views of the lake. The villas are located near the top of Fernhill Rd. which is within a mile walk or drive to the downtown port area. We usually walked downtown but it is a steep uphill back to the villas. The location is perfect as it is quiet and walkable to downtown but removed from the busy tourist traffic of the downtown area....

'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'

'Thought the Hotel was very nice.
The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool.
Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. '
