'The hotel is hands free as far as staff is concerned. Completely automated. They send an email with the room code as a room key to get into the room. We didn't talk to anyone.
The room was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The bed was good. Very convenient to the places we went to on the area. Thank you.'

'I wanted to mention two staff members who really stood out to me: The first one was Rebekah (sp?) who helped me find the washer and dryer for guests. She didn't just point me in the right direction, but walked me there and even told me where to get soap if I needed it. After that, she walked me to the exercise room. The other lady I want to mention was Jessica at the front desk. She was extremely hospitable and helpful. '
