We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson.To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we still spent plenty of time in the backyard making the most of the swimming pool and spa—both were fantastic.
