'Absolutely hated that we had to go to a third-party app for check in and then there was a hold put on credit card. Also asked for early check in and never heard back until it was the time I requested. Felt like I was dealing with AI in regard to check in. Coffee maker was not working well, remote to tv wouldn't let you turn it on or off. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. One frying pan, one towel, one wash cloth.'
