'Perfect hotel to get to Cebu Airport. Staff is incredible, making sure all needs are met and set up shuttle to the airport. Able to walk to many restaurants. Doorman also made sure that panhandlers did not continue to approach me while I was sitting outside reading a book and enjoying the atmosphere of the street. Room was just what I needed, clean, and a very quiet place even on a busy street. Thanks for providing a wonderful stay!'

'I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. 'My only other point of reference was the costabella in the area last year. I love the pool outside of my room and the beauty of the the bay or shallow ocean outside. I’d probably buy some plastic jacks which are more comfortable to sit in. The restaurant food was great and the juices were great and the pool was nice. I liked it a bit better than costabella the year before '

'The staff of this hotel is very friendly but we did not sleep due to the noise of the street and the noise in the hallway and rooms next to us. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything all around. Tv of the room next door, people talking in 4 rooms further on in the hallway. All night long, even after we asked them to be quiet. We also wondered if the linen was used before. It definately was not clean.'
