Cozy yet spacious three bedroom two bath cottage located on Kamaniskeg Lake, Barry's Bay Ontario. The most beautiful sunsets, as we face west- clean and shallow entry no weeds where you can enjoy two stand up paddle boards, one kayak and a massive lily pad for hours of enjoyment! Lots of outdoor seating areas, a fire pit area, basketball net ,and indoors there are tons of books, games and smart TV, which has live TV and unlimited TV Shows and Movies. Wood burning fire place for chilly nights and baseboard heaters in all rooms , Wifi is great, so you can catch up on emails. Hedges alongside both sides of property, providing privacy from neighbors, enough parking for three vehicles, and twinkle lights in the trees for those bon fire nights. Inside you will find a spacious kitchen with everything you might need, full fridge, stove, microwave, full size coffee maker and also a Keurig machine (we supply one tray of pods!) Watercooler, utensils, cups, jugs you name we have it! Bathroom on main floor has a stand up shower and the two bedrooms on the main floor; one is has a queen bed facing the lake and the other has two singles- massive living and dining area all over looking the lake. Upstairs you will find a loft like queen size bedroom and full bathroom ensuit- bedroom has a window A/C unit - back to main level there is a pull out couch in the dining area. Big enough for two families, up to eight people (max six adults)- bedding is included please bring your own towels.Our cottage is located five minutes to Barry's Bay, which is a fabulous town with all amenities-Grocery stores, restaurants, lake view restaurants, shops, LCBO, beer, and so much history. We are also a 40 min drive to beautiful Algonquin Park and 15 min to some adventurous rapids! 18 hole Golf course within 30 minutes .Come and relax, rejuvenate, you deserve it!
