'An absolutely 10 for a retreat rental. Very private despite the owners occupying the top floor of this three-story building. The rental is for the entire second floor with private entrance, and a wrap around veranda with outdoor furniture, and a beautiful view of of the bay (Pender Harbour.) It also has a propane fire pit for those cool nights. Owners Michelle and Dave are wonderful hosts. Dave’s cinnamon buns are a must try. I suggest to order them upon check-in. Dave will have them ready...

'Amazing , peaceful place ! Wonderful host !'

'A perfect place for your stay in Davis Bay and Sechelt, just two short blocks from the beach walkway that takes you shortly to the Davis Bay shops and restaurants, It is a basement suite so don't expect a lot of natural light but you should be out and about anyway experiencing all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. We were there for the Sunshine Coast Writer's Festival and were told places to stay would be hard to find but couldn't have been luckier to find this gem. When you return from...

'Exceptional host , great communication , very clean , brand new BbQ, quiet and peaceful , huge pantry and selection of dishes , beautiful bath thub with beautiful view . Only thing I would suggest the host to adjust the hot tub setting so it’s easier to access and manage . I’d rate this place a 4.8/5 overall 😊'

'This is a basement suite, 1 block from the beach. Quiet, except the dog upstairs does bark, and then our dog would reply.'

'Beautiful place and very convenient location. Host provided clear instructions (including taking a wide turn to get in!) and everything went great.'

'The house has a good amount of space and was great for us two families. There are a few things that are tired in the house or need repairs. The kitchen is big and easy to use for two families, however; it could use more supplies like a cheese grater, extra garbage bags, broom and some spices. The ocean view is small and far so dont get too excited, but just down the road is a little beach you can walk on. The beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet. I would stay here again.'

'This was a super rental. Maria was very responsive and the accommodation was immaculate. Will definitely stay here again.'
