Vlak bij de grote moskee
check-in ging snel, kamers zijn klein.badkamer is klein, maar de kamers waren schoon, bedden waren comfortabel. Ontbijt was zeer matig, weinig keus.

It was a bad experience although I looked at the rating before I booked but still was not up to standard at all . First off extremely small room, no exhaust in bathroom, asked for glaases for drinking but was refused . If you want any kind of crockery need to give an extra 25 dhm per person per night. There was also a water problem in bathroom. You won’t get their attention unless you call them 10 times and wait for 6 to 7 hours. Terrible terrible service would not recommend at all.

الفندق يقع في المنطقة الغربية شارع السلام مع الدائري الاول (شارع الملك فيصل) يعتبر بعيد نوعا ما الغرف نظيفة ولكن صغيييرة جدا متوفر فيها مواقف ولكن قليلة جدا ولكن الامن كان متعاون معنا جدا في المواقف الاستقبال وتسجيل الدخول والخروج ممتازين جدا وودودين

Not the best palace even for its rate.
The toilet, bath stand are not very clean and there is nasty smell. The room is not lit enough and the bed is not very comfortable.

Location is ok but the Arabic staff was not friend
They charged us SAR 71 more than the booked price. Air conditioning was not working we requested more than 10 times but they don’t listen. Very rude reaction Arabic fellow. Was not ready to give us the bill of amount paid. That specific fellow was not friendly at all.

Stay away from this hotel
Checkin was fine. Room was clean but small and dated. Service was the worst I experienced. My room was not cleaned and there is no one at front desk to complain to. If you call reception your call in never answered. Staff at front desk are cold and stone faced asif they are doing you a favor my providing you accommodation that you paid for. This hotel is surely the first and last for me

Not Impressed
We were at this hotel from 26 - 31 December 2017. The reception service was good when we booked in (but afterwards not very helpful) and the housekeeping was bad. Our room was not cleaned on 3 occasions even though we left the sign on the door for it to be cleaned. We would get back late afternoon - evening and discover that nothing was done :-(.... On 2 occasions I went to complain and even spoke to reception and the manager of housekeeping but to no avail. No replacements of toiletries when requested - we had to wait 24 hours on one occasion before our request for cleaning of bathroom and toiletries. We ended up making our beds ourselves (and insisted our bathrooms be cleaned on 2 occasions). We travel a lot (and it was our 4th time to Medina / Makka) and this is the worse housekeeping and service we have experienced at a hotel. The restaurant staff (3 of them) on the other hand are very friendly, helpful and made our stay very pleasant. This hotel was recommended to us by a family member. However, we will not make use of this hotel again and will not recommend it to anybody.

The wifi is awful, intermittent and low speed. When we arrived there, there was no towels, slippers or dental kits in our room. I went downstairs 2 times and the guy was very rude and told me that it can only be delivered in the morning! Finally they towels arrived at the room! I went down and told him the service is not complete. He became angry and told me "what do you want?!" I told him slippers and toothbrush and he asked someone to bring it for us. Two sets of dental care but only one pair of slippers for a couple! The location is 5 min walk from Haram which is great. The breakfast was great. The room's windows was not sound proof. The was a construction next to the hotel and construction machines were working day and night non stop. There was a lot of noise. There was a problem with the shower. Sometimes the water is not hot enough. Other than that, the water leaks from the shower area to the whole bathroom so I need to clean the floor with a towel every time I took a shower.

None of the equipment in the room functioned. The tea kettle for hot water didn’t work, the locker didn’t work, and the staff was beyond responsive. We asked housekeeping for water over three times and still received none whatsoever ever. The customer service in general was horrible. Aside from the location being close to the masjid, everything else failed our expectations. Housekeeping failed to clean the room as well.

The room is comfortable, the staff and the room service is terrible. There is no hospitality at all, i never seen anyone smile at this hotel, no respect. I callefd the house keeping to bring me coffee and sugar, the staff member replied to me you have to pay, I was very disappointed from the way he tallks. I asked them also to bring me an iron untill next I was waiting , when I called again the next day asking, no one answer the phone, when i gave up I had to call the Manager and complain, he was very understanding and he said to me please give us one more chances, after I said to him I am leaving the hotel now in 5 minutes I had the coffee and the iron and four people were at the door asking if I need any thing else. I supposed to stay for three days, but I stayed only two days because of the bad service. When I checked out the staff member took the room keys and threw it on the counter and told that set. The Staff need traiming to learn about the Hotel hospitality and how-to respect people. For the first time in my life been in different hotels all over the world had terrible experience like this. It's very sad nice hotel like this with unprofessional staff.

This hotel is good for young couples, because the distance is about 800m to mosque nabawi, during check-in process I am a bit disappointed because I have to wait long. Due to the type of room I booked was being occupied by other hotel visitors who had not checked out until noon. Good overalls at a cheap price

Money Value .Very good hotel for short stay
We arrived about 12 pm the owner instructed to get our room ready by 01:00 pm which was 3 hours before the official check in time . The room was very small and basic , but was clean an tidy. The hotel is located within reasonable walk from Haram . The staff were polite and helpful. We did not select a breakfast backage ,as all baffets consist of caned raw food. There were not good eateries in the area . If you are a couple and staying for one or two nights near Haram , then this is hotel for you with value of money.
