'Verschrikkelijk hotel alles was kapot, vloeren, wasbak, deuren, kleine bedden, stank. Het nodig helemaal niet uit om daar te verblijven. Het is niet eens een 1 ster waard in principe. '

'Hôtel très bien tout près du Masjid Annabawi cote Rawda Charifa sauf que l’entrée au masjid pour les femmes était de l’autre bout du masjid donc pour les femmes il faut prévoir une petite distance a marcher environ 10 a15 minutes '

'The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins. My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...

'Hotel is prima, maar de service en een aantal van het personeel is zeer slecht. Ze informeren je geeneens over dat ze een eigen bus hebben die je naar de moskee brengt, waardoor wij constant met de taxi reistten en iedere keer onnodig extra kosten hebben gemaakt. Pas op de laatste dag komen we per toeval erachter dat ze eigen vervoer hebben kosteloos. En een tweetal medewerkers hebben hoogmoed. Zeer slechte zaak!'
