'The place is wonderfully clean, brand new in every sense of the word, and I highly recommend going there.
There's a manager named Mustafa who is worth his weight in gold; he's a top-notch manager who ensures guests are completely satisfied. He deserves all the respect and appreciation.
However, there are some lands and a building around the place where workers are carrying out construction work, which causes noise in the morning.
Overall, I recommend going there; it's clean and still brand new.'

'Although this hotel is slightly away from masjid an Nabawi and not easy to walk to because of the motorway, you can book a taxi and it’s not expensive. This accommodation is really good for the price and the staff are friendly. It is clean and you get complimentary towels, toiletries, sachets of coffees and teas with kettle and there’s a fridge in the room. There are a few shops nearby to get drinks and food and there’s a local masjid to pray'

'Room was clean and tidy, new bedding and pillows. Kettle, fridge was provided. No iron was in room or available from reception.
Bathroom was clean and tidy, large in size. Shower was faulty not giving hot water, took few requests before it was changed promptly within few mins. Used for few days without hot water.
Room service was excellent.. Towels given when requested and room cleaned mid week. Soap bars bit hard to use so bought own.
Has large foyer area with ac for sitting and waiting...

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel.
