Hotel and Room
The Hotel was near Masjid Nabwi. Overall the Hotel was clean. Room: There were no spare power outlets next to bed or even at the Table to connect Cell phone chargers or laptops. There was no WIFI in the room. The Toilet Mirror was soiled. The lighting in the toilet was low, One of the lamps was burnt out. Reception desk was empty 1/2 the time I passed by. There was no remote for the TV in the room. Stayed for two nights, but no one came and cleaned the room. The tea Kettle was provided but there were no tea bags, milk or sugar.

This property is filthy, extremely dirty, health hazard, staff has no clue about hospitality, mold in the shower, bathroom tiles were gross, rusted nails sticking out of bathroom wall, 4 days taking shower with cold water made us sick due to water heater issue, several burnt out lights and no one cares to fix it or offer any move until you really insist. Nothing really works in the room as it should. No manager on duty to hear your issues and absolutely no one cares about guests, window curtains never cleaned, can’t close bcoz several hooks missing, had to sleep with curtains open bcoz nobody came to fix it in spite of repeatedly requests. WiFi only works in the lobby where people can’t even sit. Honestly, this place is the worst I have ever seen in my life.

Don’t not book this!!
False advertising!!! Not clean, front desk people too busy to help, the room was dirty, toilet was gross and water leaked on the floor. Asked for another room made me wait for an hour and never got a new room, they said they are too booked. Note I went during slow season. Also the hotel is way outdated and old, no remodeling or renovation done.

Positive - - LOCATION ( for men’s , women’s side is a good 10/15 min walk ) - view outside room Negatives - - room conditions very old fashioned , decor out of date , bathroom out of date , furniture falling apart . - Wi-fi only in lobby and the whole lobby is congested at times with everyone using Wi-fi - old kettle in the room and very poor facilities Paid approx £40-50 a night for 9 nights and no where worth it Very old fashioned , will not stay again

Nobody clean the room on regular basis. I stayed 5 days and only cleaned once and that was also after I asked them. There is no WiFi service in rooms. The Muslim shower in the bath room is broken and did not replaced even after asking from them. The only advantage was that the location is close to Haram.

Reserving in this hotel was a very big mistake!!! First, the hotel location on hotels.com was wrong. Uber took me in that location, in gate 7, and there was no hotel!! it took me some time walking around with my luggage under the sun to figure out that that it is not there!! after some search on google maps I could finally locate it in front of gate 5. I had a heat stroke that day !! when I reached the hotel they didnt get my reservation yet and I had to wait an hour until they could find it!! i asked for a double bed and i found 3 single beds inside! nothing in the list of things availble on their hotels.com announce was there! no wifi, no bottles of water (in ksa!), no sleepers, no tooth brush.....nothing and some plugs not working even ! Airconditioning was impossible to control. it's either on or off and when on it's always on full power. guaranteed sick cold...... restaurant not functioning and breakfast not available....... I will never ever return there again!!

Filthy room
I was sadly surprised by this Ramada hotel's cleanliness since I used Ramada in Montreal before. From the phone in the room:tainted with dust and dark spots of dirtiness, to the bath tub , the door with traces of glue hanging...and the rusted fridge ..omg, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its may be a 2 star but not a 3 star !

Don't make this terrible Mistake
Horrible experience. No English speaking staff in the night. The entire front office staff was very disrespectful, had least English speaking skills. They overchsrged me despite the fact that i showed them copy of Reservation confirmation from Hotel.com No roomservice, wifi was only available in the lobby and extremely poor quality, bathroom sink was leaking and had roaches. The only better thing was location...very convenient for Masjid Nabawi and Housekeeping : they did good job with whatever resources they had. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Not recommended for stay at all, not even recommend to be offered by Hotel.com

Worst Ramada ever stay away
Omg worst Ramada hotel in the world, it’s doesn’t look like a hotel from international brand! There is a phone in the room but no comes if need assistance, checking was a joke asked language trolley staff said it’s broken, there is a fridge in the room but it doesn’t work, overall the hotel look as if you have walked into a horror movie, which a great shame because it’s in such a good location.

Great location, Terrible hotel
Great location next to Prophets mosque, nice staff but everything else was horrible. Bedsheets were dirty, sink clogged, no toiletries, dirty tea maker, fridge non functional
