In the heart of Malasaña. The most bohemian and fashionable area. Within walking distance of museums, Gran Vía, theatres... Packed with fantastic bars and restaurants. Excellent supermarkets, hairdressers and one of the most commercial streets in the city. Streets to discover, comic shops, tattoo studios... The best area in Madrid: truly cosmopolitan and very safe, with night-time police patrols. You'll be delighted.



We offer a private taxi service for airport transfers at the same price as a conventional one: 30 euros.

Otherwise, there are 5 metro stations in the surrounding area. The best location.



The loft is on a fourth floor and, like many stately buildings in the historic centre, it does not have a lift.

But the climb is worth it.
