It is a practical and functional 23 m2 street view apartment for 2 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the second floor and the building has a lift.

The accommodation is distributed in a single, spacious, modern and sunny space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.

The apartment has air conditioning with cold/heat split, space to store your belongings, television and a small dining table.

You will find 1 full bathroom with a hydromassage shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 2 people and other usual utensils.

To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
