Luxe appartement in het Puerta del Sol en naast het Plaza Mayor, het Koninklijk Paleis en de beste musea, theaters en winkels in de stad, restaurants, tapas. Logisch goed verbonden en dicht op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden van Madrid. Het heeft 1 grote slaapkamer, 1 badkamers, een grote woonkamer, keuken. Is gelegen op de tweede verdieping is zeer helder. Het gebouw heeft twee liften. Volledig uitgerust voor uw comfort met: Airconditioning en Verwarming, Smart TV, WiFi 300MB gratis. Het appartement heeft alles wat nodig is voor de opvang van maximaal 5 personen, beddengoed, toalllas, servies, vaatwasser, magnetron, haardroger, enz. Zodat u zich zo comfortabel in uw eigen huis. Wij verhuren dit grote appartement van 100 m2 onlangs gerenoveerde (augustus 2016), 4 meter hoge plafonds, zonnig, centraal en charmant en luxe. Het is op de straat Marques Weduwnaar van Pontejos in Puerta del Sol, het centrum van de stad, op loopafstand van de meest interessante plekken in Madrid. Het is de perfecte plek als u op zoek bent naar accommodatie van hoge kwaliteit, zuinig en stil in het centrum van de stad, thuis te voelen. U kunt lopen naar de meeste bezienswaardigheden in Madrid.

APPARTEMENT - MATERIAAL

Het appartement bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een statig gebouw met lift. Het meubilair en alle apparatuur is nieuw, kwaliteit en design. Het is dan ook een appartement met alle voorzieningen en is ideaal voor rust 's nachts na een lange dag sightseeing.

Fantastic family vacation

This property was perfect for our stay in Madrid. It was a very short walk to the Sol metro station in the Plaza de Sol with a large variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Our host, Angel, was very responsive and flexible as our flights changed after we had booked. The apartment itself was quite comfortable. There was an elevator, AC, and washer...all of which were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be in the center of avtivity in Madrid.

Clean, fantastic location!

Very clean unit in a great “quiet” location facing a courtyard. Close to the metro station. We were a little confused at first, when we saw a sign out front for a hostel, but that was just part of the building.We walked to the Cathedral. Nice to have coffee, creamer, spices, oil, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies, etc.

Perfect location

This apartment was very central - you could walk to most attractions easily and the Metro was only minutes away.The apartment itself is very cosy and comfortable and a welcome place to return to after a long day. Lovely apartment, centrally located and with all amenities as described. An excellent location to take advantage of all Madrdi has to offer. Angel was great, check in and checknout were both without any issues at all.

Wonderful location

The apartment is in a close proximity to many well known attractions but is also on a quiet street that is clean and safe. We walked to almost everything we wanted to do and when we didn’t the metro was close, efficient and comfortable. The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. This apartment is stunning - so close to the city, quiet and set up beautifully with everything you could possibly wish for, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Angel met us when we arrived around 8.30pm and explained everything to us. There was also plenty of information available in the apartment and Angel was available if we had any queries. We loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance of the heart of the city.

Perfect location

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Angel's apartment in Madrid. The location is amazing, within a short walking distance to plaza Mayor and many other lovely areas. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable and Angel even left us a delicious bottle of wine and a Coca Cola and snack for our son. He checked on us during the stay, had awesome recommendations, was very responsive to all communication and even set up our taxi for us on the day we left. We would love to return again! Simply Amazing!

Absolutely amazing stay at this apartment. It was clean and tidy and was perfectly located. The owner, Angel, was a most incredible host. He welcomed us, even though our plane was late. He gave us a map and circled many areas of interest. He also gave many restaurant suggestions. And he welcomed us with a wonderful bottle of wine. If we ever return to Madrid, this will be the one and only place we will stay.

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for; cleanliness, comfortable bed, great water pressure for the shower, and walking distance to all the tourist attractions and excellent food restaurants to pick from. Perfect Choice for Our Stay

This apartment is impeccably clean and comfortable. It felt more like a home away from home than a rental. But the true star is the location. Everything we could possibly want to see or do was within easy walking distance. No need for taxis or buses – just a quick stroll and we were right in the heart of the action. Beautiful apartment

This apartment is nice in photos but better in person - immaculate, nicely designed and comfortable. There is plenty of natural light, but the windows open onto a utilitarian courtyard so there is no view (but also no street noise). We greatly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it. The hosts were kind, responsive, and provided assistance as needed.
