Nos gustaría mencionar que tenemos recepción ubicada en el mismo edificio y abierta todos los días de 10.00 a 18.00, a parte tenemos la atención telefónica personalizada 24 horas. En caso de haber recibido tu llamada durante tu estancia, te habríamos atendido con mucho gusto y seguramente hubiésemos encontrado las soluciones válidas para ambas partes, incluyendo el cambio de la habitación. Uno de los objetivos principales de nuestro establecimiento es la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes. Justo por eso tenemos instalado el sistema de control de acceso con varias puertas con los códigos de acceso que nos ayudan a garantizar que nadie ajeno a nuestro establecimiento perturbe la estadía de nuestros huéspedes.
