'Sehr zuvorkommend. Wollte ein Muay Thai Training besuchen und hat alles sofort organisiert und mich dorthin gefahren und woeder abgeholt, obeohl ich einen eigenen Roller hatte. Klimaanlage besteht aus einer grossen Anlage mit Ein- und Ausschaltfunktion. Keine weiteren Funktionen. Nicht zu kalt. Bett gut. Ein Bad zum Teilen. Personal kann kein Englisch, ist aber aus meiner Sicht kein Kriterium da ich in Thailand bin.'

'It wasn’t what I booked with Hotels.com. I booked 1 bed in 2-beds dormitory and got the confirmation from Hotels.com. However when I arrived to hostel I was told my booking is not on property's list of reservations. Miscommunication between hotels.com and Crossroads House. What hostel could offer to me was just a tent. The tent was clean and warm, had light and extension cord for charging all my devices. The stuff is friendly, helpful.
