'We had a great stay. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but in close range (10-15 minutes) of Nice city center and supermarkets. Great view over the valley on to Nice and the sea. Ideal location to explore the touristic hotspots of the aerea. Friendly owners, fluent communication. Would very much recommend.'

'We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

'We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door mevrouw. De accomodatie is op een toplocatie gelegen! Alleen zijn er enkele minpunten die we hebben ervaren. Het huis is kleiner dan dat het lijkt, dit is meer een studio. Dekentje viel achter het stapelbed, bij het oppakken merkte ik echter heel veel stof. Dit stapelbed kraakt ook langs alle kanten. Zwembad is een gezamenlijk zwembad samen met de verhuurders. Dit mag wel gezegd worden bij de omschrijving. Het is dus niet Privé zoals er wordt gezegd.'

'Het is een heerlijke maisonnette van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed onderhouden en smaakvol ingericht. De gastvrouw Céline doet er alles aan je een fijne vakantie te bezorgen. Zeker een aanrader!'

'This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.'

'We loved our stay in Antibes and fell in love with the town. My wife and our two small children enjoyed having Celia's home to use as our home base. Everything was exactly as we expected with two small exceptions. As Celia had warned us, the internet was not working and she provided a 4G hotspot. Unfortunately the service in the house is poor thanks to the stone construction, so the hotspot was not much help. Second, the bed on the second floor was uncomfortable to the point that my wife slept...

'La maison est très bien entretenue et bien équipé. Un accueil sympa par Mme Martin et deux semaine très reposant dans un endroit très calme et hors de toutes nuisances, situé dans les colline au dessus de Saint Raphael, mais pas loin des facilités et de la ville (il faut quand même avoir une voiture à dispo). Une piscine très chouette avec des chaise longues bien ombragées sous des pins: un véritable havre de paix!'

'We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!'

'Proper huisje, goed geïsoleerd mooie goed uitgeruste keuken. Zeer rustig gelegen. Mooi zwembad met zoutwater, hetgeen beter is voor de huid. Op wandelafstand kan je alles vinden: Restaurant, winkel,... Zeer aangenaam.'

'genoten van een mooie vakantie. Huisje rustig gelegen en mooi (gratis) zwembad in de buurt. Jammer dat het net te ver was om de afstand te voet te overbruggen. Wel centraal gelegen om een aantal andere uitstappen te doen.'

'For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...
