'We stayed at Ryan's property for 3 weeks while we explored beautiful Dominica. The place was very clean and well maintained. Check in was super easy and everything worked. The wifi was excellent. The apartment was quite comfortable with a sizeable deck overlooking Portsmouth Harbour and Cabrits National Park. Guadeluope is also visible in the distance. It's a little bit of a climb from the main road but the view is spectacular and definitely worth it. We would stay there again for sure.'

'The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far.'

'It was on the top of a house and that made it seem special. AC was in the bedroom and could cool the apartment. It had US plugs for 110 volt current all over the apartment. Even had an umbrella for a tropical storm that blew near. Close enough to the capital of Roseau and on the north side. Therefore, ease in traveling north of the country.'

'Very spacious, only one reasonable step outside, then all one level. Great views. Note that it is up a steep hill, if you don't plan to have a car. (That steep hill buys you those views!) Very large kitchen. A/C in bedrooms only, but that was more than enough. Small desk was great for doing a bit of work. Parking just outside the door. Strong Internet. Ryan was very responsive. Fantastic value for the price.'

'This property is a tranquil retreat in the middle of a forest and adjacent next to a beautiful river that we all loved swimming in! The owners had many great suggestions of things to see and fo nearby, great places to eat, and places to go for this being our second trip to Portsmouth so we had too much to do and lived it all! Our only regret was that we didn’t have more nights here!'

'Nous avons sejourne 34 jours chez sharon et chris du 3 dec 2023 au 6 jan 2024. Le logement etait propre et fonctionel. Ce logement tres bien situe est a 10 minutes de marche du centre ville de roseau. Nous avons vraiment apprecier nos hotes car en plus de nous offrir le transport au port a l arrivee et au depart, ils repondaient a toutes nos questions et nous informaient des activites. En plus, ils nous ont inviter a partager leurs repas a noel et au jour de l an. Vraiment un couple merveilleux....

"Good and pleasant small hotel. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, reasonably good restaurant, great sunset view from the little terrace in front of my room. My WiFi worked perfectly, as did the AC and fridge. Did not try the tv. Shower and towels may need an upgrade in some years. "
