'Lived in Mahone Bay for a while in 1981. Still such a picturesque town and beautiful coastline to explore.The lovely unit of Pam and David’s was clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, short walk to the main town. Private and elegant, parking, good Wifi, felt like home. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.'

'Mahone Bay has such charm and Mahone oasis is set up perfectly for you to get to different areas of Nova Scotia or just to stay and enjoy the views of the bay. It was pleasant, welcoming and comforting. Tracy and Dave have gone out of their way thinking of all the details you need to enjoy your stay. Well located— next to grocery, bike shop other stores and restaurants. We were sorry to leave. The only caveat is there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, but the view was wonderful. '

'A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!'

'This was an excellent place to stay to discover much of NS. Day trips are very doable to Halifax, Lunenburg, Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay, and, although a little further, wine country in Wolfville. "Super huisje! Ik werd verrast door hoe ruim het uiteindelijk was, veel groter dan het vooraf leek. De keuken was volledig ingericht en de omgeving was heerlijk rustig en mooi. Rondom het huisje was volop natuur: ik heb hertjes, bevers en allerlei verschillende vogels gezien. En dat allemaal op korte afstand van het historische centrum van Lunenburg. Als ik weer in de buurt ben, kom ik hier zeker terug!"
