'A lot of thought went into the renovation of this little house which used to be a neighborhood store. The surrounding area was a quiet residential area in a small town, very close to the interstate to Lincolnton, and Asheville area. I'd rent this place again.'

'I stayed at this home while I was relocating to the Charlotte area. Everything about the home was so welcoming and comfortable. The hosts gave excellent instructions re check in , the furnishings are so pretty and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed. It is in an excellent location, close to the revitalized downtown Mainstreet Morrisville and the surrounding Lake Norman communities. I throughly enjoyed my time exploring the Lake Norman area! '

The property is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, but still close enough to Charlotte to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The space was exactly what my wife and I needed, and I’d absolutely stay here again. '

'We had a wonderful week here! The location was great and the two units were perfect for our family (they are rented as one, so you don’t have to share the space with strangers). There were lots of games/equipment provided by the host which was a huge plus. The kayaks and paddle boards were in great shape and the water by the house is very calm. They were pet-friendly and part of the yard is completely fenced. Host was very responsive and we were even able to book an extra night when our plans...

'The host was extremely understanding. She addressed any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Communication was great, The host followed up every message sent. I was visiting Statesville due to a family medical situation and this host just made my stay stress-free . Little touches like the welcome snacks and water were greatly appreciated after the long drive from NY. Thanks for sharing your getaway!!'

'Truly enjoyed this home! Small but all you really need. Nice set up. Perfect yard and very clean. Nice to let us check-in slightly early due to wedding events. Thank you!! Cons no kitchen rag or scrubby to do dishes or wipe counters. Maybe an oversight. Not enough washcloths for the 4 of us, or paper products and only one trash bag. Unless we totally overlooked. '

'The property was spotless and even nicer than pictured. The house is well stocked for an extended stay. The hot tub was hands down the nicest and cleanest I have seen at a VBRO. The owner was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Loved the cute gift bags with complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other essentials. Highly recommend this place for a stay in the area. Close to major highways and in country but close enough to town and can still get DoorDash. Can take backgrounds around...

'The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay!'
