Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. 'Great views of the sea, the Ferris wheel and Kobe Tower. Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak a bit of English.'

'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'
