Room was in good shape and clean other a than a few stains in the carpet. Bathroom was in good shape. You can tell this hotel is well managed and is a great economical option for visiting Chicago from the east. I would stay again. '

'My friend and I came for lollapalooza. We got here a bit early for our reservation and thankfully the lady upfront was able to get us in. The room looks great. A simple plain room. We have room service every day we stayed. The breakfast was good. The pool was good too, it’s four and half feet deep. Definitely staying again.'

"Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."
