Overall, the property is really nice and clean, it only seemed a little old. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issues were the amount of ants in the room and the lack of room service. Upon arrival we were asked if we would like the room to be cleaned, and that it would probably happen after 10:30 AM. Since we would probably be off trusting at this time we said we would like the room service. However, when we came back the room was as we left it. Unfortunately I won't be able to give proper comment on the breakfast, once there were plenty of options, but they were focused on locals taste and we didn't have the stomach to eat fried rice and noodles at around 8 AM. The property is really close to the city center and the touristic attractions, so it was very convenient.

A great value for the price. No soap & shampoo but i bring my own soap anyway. Property not in perfect shape but not a deal breaker for me at this price. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got towels and room service daily. Great location for the touristy part of town a short walk away. Good street food for lunch across the street. Chinese food court 3 blocks away. I would go back.

Good to stay
Worth for the price. Room also nice. Variety of breakfast. Just be carefull, floor tiles in the bathroom quite slippery... Overall good hotel to stay.

My sink was clogged,and i can smell cigarrettes even when i'm inside my room,it seems nxt door is smoking...did call the counter but for 4days staying here...most of the day i can smell it.

Fuss-free, convenient hotel
Spacious hotel but very simple facilities. Clean. Nothing to complain about. The best part is that the hotel is very near all the good food. The weekend food street is just right at the doorstep.

Inconvenience during weekends
The kee ann st food held on every weekend that blocks the front road causes inconvenience to hotel guests to park cars and drive out. Getting your way to this hotel due to road blocks is so troublesome.

リバーサイドに近くて、中心部にも出やすくてよかった。スタッフも親切だった。 バスターミナルからゆっくり歩いて50分くらいで着いた。帰りはタクシーを使った。 途中には、イオンなどあった。 2泊素泊まりにしたが、周辺には食べるところがあったので困らなかった。 ただ泊まった部屋内でWi-fiが不安定で入らず、ロビーや宿泊階にあるくつろぎスペースまでこないとWi-fiが利用できなかった。

Fast check in and check out. Bathroom not clean, ants found on the basin. Road block after 5pm onwards from Fri to Sun outside Hotel due to Food Street. Less hotel parking lot. Overall staff is patient and friendly.

Not a value for money place to stay!
Not s value for money place to stay. Quite run down and Housekeeping isn’t that good, while family room is reasonably spacious there is only a small window facing interior part of the hotel - as good as no window! Car park has only limited number of lots and unevenly laid out. There are many better hotels nearby that command the same if not cheaper price.

An Average Stay
We were given 2 connecting rooms which were huge and clean. The twin beds and especially the 2 pillows were so comfortable according to our daughter. However, hotel need to step up in maintenance to give hotel a more inviting stay. A great surprise came at midnight bec it was going on to Christmas Day and there was my favourite fireworks. It burst into beautiful aura for the night and we could view it from our room albeit partially hidden by 2 buildings.

Wonderful Visiting Malacca again.
Good location,easy parking at the hotel. Bright helpful staff, who straight away provided me with map of the location. Comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and variety eating establishments from casual to more formal, also diversity of shopping & tourist spots.

Can't really complain other than for the wifi
Convenient location, close to everything. Water is not provided upon check in so you need to ask for each day of you reservation. Wifi is nonexistent in the rooms and Google cannot even open so you need to go downstairs to the lobby if you need wifi. Rooms were relatively clean but the carpet was a bit dirty.

spacious room within budget
pro : easy access and close to main attractions like jonker walk but still far enough to escape bad traffic around city area. room that i book got balcony attached and very spacious . bed were super comfortable . simple breakfast is available with variations of western and malay set around rm10 to rm12 .. very friendly and helpful staff .. cons : weird cigarette smell upon checking in .. the air ventilator not working . furniture and deco quite old but acceptable since everything is very clean .. limited parking spaces , i only manage to park outside hotel area..
