'I really enjoyed my time at this property. This is a very nice location. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very nice and also the food at the restaurants are very good. I only have one complaint about this place, which is a pretty legitimate complaint. 'Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future'

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '

'The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful although when we reached the previously booked room we found the AC wasn't working so they found a different room and they didn't have a key to open it so they found us another room , a deluxe suite so we thought oh wow this is great until we had to flush the toilet and needed maintenance to come . The plunger was short lived and toilet didn't flush again.'

'Roach infestation, air conditioning unit leaking water, clogged shower drain, bedroom light not working. I have been transferred to 4 different rooms. The staff are excellent, very unfortunate they are working here. Breakfast is good enough, it is delivered to your room. Overall, this hotel is perfect to stay if you are enrolled in a witness protection program .'

'The hotel is very close to the MRT which is very handy given the traffic in Quezon City. The room itself is huge but very simple with some things broken like the tv and the toilet seat. There was no daily room service but thd staff were nice enough to bring things I needed to the room.'

'Room no hot water don’t expect any. No dead bolts on the doors. Room for two adult twin one blanket you can get another for 10 dollars like a sheet. No restaurant facilities no amenities in room. Curtains don’t cover the windows so the people on next floor can watch you in the bathroom so did not take a shower for two days. '
