'Locatie is top, bediening is hit or miss. Receptie lijkt wel een kletsgroep zonder veel klantgerichtheid - uitzonderingen daargelaten. Kamer is prima, wel vreemde geur in badkamer. Housekeeping was middelmatig. Niet goedkoop! '

The staff and cleaners all made us feel welcome upon arrival and made sure we felt comfortable and that we were free to ask for anything we needed at any time throughout our stay. We were also able to request a romantic package which is perfect for couples. It includes a spa massage, a private jacuzzi and an intimate dinner for two which is perfect for anniversary celebration. 'We had a nice ocean view it was a nice room . They helpeded us arrange our diving trips. A private beach. They did get a little too strict regarding entering the water . It was hard to walk on hot sand to get to snorkeling area. But we loved the place.'

'It's not far because we had such a great time we didn't spend much time in the motel. But comfortable huts, Good Aircon, Lots of mosquitoes but that is a chronic problem on the Island. Nice place all round. Great People'

'Not at all like the pictures. Internet was awful. No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. '

'Arrived at hotel only to be informed that room was not available and yes it take 6-7 hrs to transit from Cebu and I was really tired already. I wanted king bed room with balcony and a standard twin was given instead. Reception (Michelle) was rude and blame everything to Hotel.com was not empathetic of situation at all. A pair of ladies from Italy experienced the same thing. Toilet flush did not work, I had to wait 2 days before they had someone come fix it. When you need to go, you go. So I...

'Price very expensive atending quality, grill in the restaurant extremely expensive, breakfast very poor, no internet in the room, in the lobby week, the cotines doesn't cut the day light. Noise of works. The staff is friendly and kind.'
