"Een uitstekend hotel in het centrum van Kuala Lumpur dicht bij de towers"

"Pelangi Resort consists of a beautiful main building and several buildings with one or more hotel rooms in them. Ours had 8. We stayed at the first (top) floor with a view of the lake and standing on the balcony, which was spacious, we could see the sea and beach between the other buildings. Staff were very friendly and forthcoming. The place is clean. There are three restaurants. Due to our family's preferences we chose to eat the most at the grill - with Western food. The cooks aren't too schooled in this, so don't expect the highest quality. The Asian restaurant was far better but a bit too spicy for our untrained tastebuds. The pools are very nice and fun for kids. The private beach is beautiful. We absolutely loved staying here. "

"De accommodatie was gekozen vanwege het feit dat we met een gezin ( met tieners) in een kamer konden verblijven. Een kamer met 2 slaapkamers. De schoonmakers maakten de bedden wel op als we daarom vroegen maar de rest van de kamer was niet echt schoon. De bedden waren te doen. Erg harde matras met een wat zachtere topper. Wifi gewoon goed,behalve tijdens onweer.Het meubilair is verouderd en vies. Net als in Europa drijft men op de kracht van de naam. Maar lijkt het vergane glorie. Wel centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt was zo zo, niet continentaal maar erg afgestemd op de regio. Dat is logisch natuurlijk en prima. Volgende keer gewoon een appartement huren in Kuala Lumpur is beter. Je verwacht van Pullman een bepaalde beleving en dat is er niet."

"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting."
