'Room was cute, and has a combo washer/dryer which is convenient. Apartment is accessed via very slippery stairs - my husband ended up falling and hurting himself despite being very careful. Mattress was pretty thin and not comfortable. Toilet seat was very thin and broke while being used. Location is fine, no good views from the room. Email providing check in details was never sent, and I had to follow up with staff to figure that out.'

'Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Many unexpected things provided (razors, toothbrushes, shavers, cereal. Very clean. Close enough to walk to train station and bus station. Bright and cheery. Bathrooms are quite small, but there are two of them. All in all a good experience.'

'Clean, quaint, beautiful views! Close to distillery and train stop!'

'The host is really nice and the accommodation itself is super clean and cosy. '

'Days before arrival, I requested a travel cot (offered by the host) to be delivered to the apartment since there were 3 adults in our reservation. I was assured the cot would be there when we arrived. When we arrived, there was no cot, no linens for the sofa, and only 2 towels. We were exhausted and just needed sleep, not to cram into a bed or sleep on a...

'The indifference of the operator.......we were given an address but house numbers in Tobermoy are erratic thus to give 61 Main Street was hardly why not add 'opposurte the Cafe Fish'? And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. Ten minutes work for a caring operator who might also might think to add a (free) map of the island and recommend a...

'Clean spacious accommodation. Great location being a 10 minute walk into town or to the train station and good road network for local hikes and other towns in the area. Good off street parking. Don’t understand why there are separate internal bins for recycling but they all end up in one large refuge bin outside. My daughter wants me to mention that the downstairs toilet door would not close and the upstairs bathroom had no lock. The oven did not have a grill pan or a baking tray and there was...
