'Our stay was pleasant enough although we were not informed by the booking agent that there was no TV service, Also, there was a fee for parking (offsite) which we were also not informed of. I was locked out when I exited the building to put my luggage in the car. Fortunately, there was a security guard close by who helped me regain entry. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and our overall stay was pleasant.'
