Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person.'

'We were in Hepburn Springs to attend a concert at the hotel next door. Jordan was excellent to deal with when I needed to make some changes to the accommodation . The room was warm and spotless and had everything that we required for an echogram vernight stay.'

'What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw...

'The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment. '
