'Cool house'

'Exactly what we needed for a great 4th of July in Oshkosh. Not many places allow 2 dogs so that was our main reason for booking. House isn't anything spectacular but all we needed was a comfy place to sleep and relax between outings and for that it was perfect. Matt is very communicative and was a good host. Visit Oshkosh if you can, we loved it!'

'Property was great! Perfect for a fishing trip or maybe just boating. The host was very responsive and helpful the whole way. Plenty of room for a boat to back in and boat launch about a mile away. We were able to park boat in water behind house while we were there, which was very helpful. The backyard was cozy and peaceful with gas grill and a nice fire pit with plenty of seating. The property had kayaks,life vest, and even some poles and tackle for us to use. Couldn't have asked for more....

There’s a bedroom downstairs that’s mostly fine, but the sleeping arrangements for the other eight upstairs are a very tight attic without separate rooms. There’s one bathroom and the water pressure is subpar. The outside of the building is pretty rundown. Everything worked. And communication was good. Great parking behind the unit. The AC worked fine.'
