'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

'We got into town a little later than expected, but the front desk person was kind, quick, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyable location with Jack London, Chinatown, and Downtown all within a short to moderate walk. I would definitely stay again.'

'This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel isn’t too big which is an advantage, and it is a little old, but it is clean and has all the essentials that you would need including a restaurant and a small gym. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station. '

'We hebben hier verbleven voor 2 nachten. De auto van het hotel bracht ons naar de ferry. De ferry bracht ons naar SF. Mooie ruime kamers voor gezin van 5. '

'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe. Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'

'Prima verblijfsplaats in buurt van San Francisco met BART aansluiting met 15 min. In de stad. Buurt wat minder.'

'The neighborhood is criminal. Lots of broken glass from cars that have been broken into. The room is nice and staff is helpful. And it's a 30min walk to the train station to travel to San Francisco.'

'Het hotel op zich is prima. De buurt waarin het gelegen is is minder, veel zwervers en de wietlucht komt je op verschillende plaarsen tegemoet. Weinig restaurants in de buurt, openbaar vervoer wel heel goed toegankelijk.'
