'This little gem has become my home away from home in Oakland. It has everything you could want in a city that already has everything—great food, cool bars, amazing music, plenty to do, etc. It's all brand new in a renovated space. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling, and the service is impeccable. There's a rooftop courtyard, a game room, and good eats and drinks right next door. It's more comfortable than anywhere else in the Bay Area, and just as accessible. Well...

'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

I placed my earrings in a sock and placed sock in my luggage I went back to the property a week later and the manager asked me to wait while he reviewed security tape. After reviewing the tape, he returned to the lobby and told me the reel didn’t go back a week so he had nothing to report. Before accusing the property of thievery, I checked my luggage and clothing thoroughly several times to confirm the sock wasn’t tucked somewhere. I...
