"We were welcomed with open arms at the hotel. The reception staff was very professional and friendly, and they were so kind to arrange an upgrade to the executive floor for us. The complimentary service we experienced in the Pearl Lounge was of an exceptional level. All of the staff there, as well as in the breakfast buffet area, was extremely attentive to our needs and we felt very much treated as royalty throughout our stay."

" We (2 persons) stayed at the hotel for 9 night. The room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the pool area is nice, but the pool was very cold. We enjoyed our stay but we also have some points of critique: -breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options -you can’t bring your own food or drinks too the pool. Even not your own water bottle. The water you could order at the pool was 5,50 and they didn’t even have food available to order. If you spent a day at the pool you eventually will need water and some food. I understand that they want to keep the area clean. But not even being able to bring water is crazy. On the otherhand the staff at the pool is very kind and helpfull! The ladies are all lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable. -there was music at the pool which can be nice, only 9 out of 10 times it was so loud that it was mostly annoying. We really liked the location since it was not too busy and easily accesable. There are many nice restaurants close by. "

"Onze hotelkamer was zeer schoon, elke dag werden de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken zo nodig vervangen. Zelfs het beddengoed werd na een paar dagen vervangen. Het personeel was in elk opzicht zeer vriendelijk en van het zwembad en de spa hebben we zeer genoten. ."

"Na meer dan 30 jaar Malta ken het eiland Goed. Het Waterfront hotel kende ik nog niet. Zeker geen spijt dat we voor dit hotel hebben gekozen. Ontbijt is super maar bovenal het personeel is top. De kok die pastizzi uitdeelt bij het ontbijt verdient een speciale vermelding. Die heeft ins verblijf nog leuker gemaakt! Zeker ook door de aandacht die hij heeft besteed aan de verjaardag van mijn vrouw.( Maltees) Wij komen terug! "
