The Space:

Step inside and enjoy a thoughtfully updated interior that blends modern finishes with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax.



The living area is perfect for gathering, complete with a fireplace for cozy nights in. A standout feature of the home is the spiral staircase, adding character and style, while a second staircase offers practical access — ideal for carrying luggage, groceries, or shopping upstairs with ease.



After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the indoors clean and comfortable.



Designed with groups in mind, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for extended families or friends travelling together. Best of all, My Malua is pet-friendly, so your furry companions can join in on the holiday too.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.



We provide a seamless self-check-in process; detailed instructions and a code for the lockbox will be sent prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Malua Bay is a much-loved holiday destination on the NSW South Coast. With a patrolled beach, calm coves nearby for snorkelling and fishing, and a popular local surf break, there’s something for everyone. Within a short stroll, you’ll find the Malua Bay Surf Club, local shops, cafés, and a family-friendly playground.

For day trips, Batemans Bay is just a 15-minute drive north with a wide range of dining, shopping, and activities. Further south, you’ll find the charming coastal towns of Broulee, Moruya, and Tuross, each with its own beaches, markets, and riverside walks.



Getting Around:

This property is perfectly situated just a 5-minute drive to Malua Bay IGA, where you’ll find all your everyday essentials. Club Malua is also nearby—ideal for a relaxing meal or evening out.



The town of Batemans Bay is just a 15-minute drive away, offering a fantastic variety of restaurants, beaches, shops, and family-friendly activities. Whether you're looking to explore the coast, dine out, or simply unwind, there's something for everyone.



Other Things to Note:

Internal access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase; a secondary set of stairs is at the rear of the property.



We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
