It did just need a little more TLC. Our towel rack was falling off the wall, some iffy electrical work and our pool had a big leak so the water level dropped every night so...

'We did arrive during a cyclone at the resort but the staff made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. The activity Manager and Reception staff members were proactive in communicating with us for both activities and transfers. The resort staff was very friendly and responding to all our requests ( even if some would need additional training as the level of service is sometimes inconsistent).
