'The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!'
'Everyday we got to explore another island which we were transported to by the staff with lunch and drinks towels and chairs and umbrella which they also set up thanks to Api. The room was amazing with indoor/outdoor bathroom. On our last night they prepared our soaking tub with bath oils and flowers. It was an amazing experience thanks to Fred our Captain and Asa our main concierge who made sure we had transportation back to the mainland for our early flight.'
'Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately. '
'Our room was clean and tidy and the staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely.
The issues that we did have were ;
1. that I reported a bedside table lamp as having an electrical fault on the second day. It was shorting out when I touched the switch. The reception sent an electrician, who agreed that the lamp was faulty and tried to fix it. When he couldn't fix it, he removed it and said the lamp would be replaced. It was not replaced during our 10 day stay, despite numerous calls to reception...
