'The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return.'

'The A frame property over the large pond/tiny lake was exactly what we needed to feel secluded from the crazy life hubbub. Neighbors were quiet and thoughtful as they peacefully fished in their boats or from their docks. The kitchen, living area and the one bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is just a bed and another twin bed. Tv up and down. The heater/air worked great. The deck and grill was awesome. The huge windows of the main area made me feel outside the whole time. The kayaks also a plus....
