"The B&B is in the heart of Douglas.Parking is mostly a serious walk. Our first room had sewage problems (a serious stench coming from the drain). The room was small! The next day we got another room, this one right above an exhaust from somewhere downstairs. You have to sleep with the windows closed. Showers are tiny.
Breakfast is OK, although they will clean it up rapidly, be there early! Nice breakfast though. We stayed for 5 days, but had to ask for a clean set of towel, and cleaning of the room after a few days. We had expected that to be standard practice.
The rooms have no view, maybe staying on the waterfront in one of the many hotels is a better option next time.
