'Got to the hotel and was quickly greeted by staff to check in. Room was spacey and nicely cleaned and set up. My mom stays in hotels often and is picky and this was her favorite one to date! I plan to stay here for future trips due to our amazing experience with this hotel and its staff! '

'They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. '

There was only this one lady(staff she was knitting )that spoke to everyone except for me and my family, and my child dropped the piece of paper, not noticing, but the lady picked it up so aggressively as if she was aggravated with us being down there eating breakfast'

'ther was a problem with internet so I moved after unpacking in the first room only to find the internet was just as bad in the second. It would run slowly and then shut off completely'

'This property was extremely disappointing. Charged me for an ESA when I made it clear 3 times prior to my arrival that I have a service animal. Then refunded $10 less than what they took from my account. Additionally, our bathroom light stopped working on our second day and they couldn’t accommodate us in a similar room so they gave us an additional room and we had to use the bathroom in one room and sleep in both. It was not at all convenient. Will NEVER patronize this hotel or any other...

'We arrived at 7:30 pm to a packed full, loud, active lobby. The check in staff person was all business, no friendliness. We had a suite but the room did not have linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business. '

'Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. '

'My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

'The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns'
