'The property is an entire boat, with kitchen and bathroom. Very nicely renovated. Great location between Richmond and Williamsburg. Very friendly reception by operator, who provided accurate and helpful tips. We were sorry that we could stay only one night, we would have loved to stay longer. Near presumed site of Pocahontas' village and near Civil War fortifications.'

'It is an unique location at the city, mine host was very kind and helpful.'

'The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me'

'A little pricey but clean and had a good breakfast. Good For a 1 night stay'

'The parking is great but you have pay for the parking'

'My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!'

'Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.'

'The location was great, and both rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, there were a few small issues. The person who checked us in was borderline rude, but everyone else was very polite and helpful throughout the weekend. Coffee was available in the lobby at the Starbucks, but was out of cream, cup holders, etc, twice- not a huge issue, but it felt like we were inconveniencing the person working there when we asked for these items. The main issue is that the toilet in one of the...

'Het hotel ligt in het zuiden van Virginia, dus de gesproken taal bij de receptie is ook met zuidelijk accent. Internet vrij toegankelijk (1 uur max. per keer). De keycards voor de kamer moesten elke dag opnieuw ingesteld worden (technische fout?). Ontbijt mogelijkheid ruim aanwezig (niet inbegrepen).geen douche bij zwembadje en ik vond het erg gechloord.'
